Our reactions to the market will be fluid and move with short, medium and long-term trends. That said, we do have a general Golden Rule for portfolio structure:

- No more than 10% per stock or 20% per sector.

​

A typical preferred approach would be this:

​

 - Hold 10-12 'Core' Income + Growth stocks selected from the ASX Top 200.

- Have up to 5-6 'Non-Core' Growth stocks selected from the ASX Top 500.
